From Points North
Take I-75 South towards Dayton, Exit 52B to US-35. Keep right to to continue to OH-4 North. Turn Right onto Germantown Street, turn right onto West Washington Street. Continue and turn right onto Edwin C. Moses Boulevard, East Medical Plaza will be on the right.
From Points South
Take I-75 North Towards Dayton, Exit 51 to Edwin C. Moses Boulevard. Turn right onto Edwin C. Moses Boulevard, continue 1 mile, East Medical Plaza will be on the left.
From Points East
Take US-35 West towards Dayton, Exit on the left to South Perry Street. Turn right at South Perry, take the first left onto West Washington Street. Turn left at Edwin C. Moses Boulevard, East Medical Plaza will be on the right.
From Points West
Take US-35 East towards Dayton, take the Perry Street Exit toward Ludlow Street. Turn Left at South Perry Street and take the first left onto West Washington Street. Turn left onto Edwin C. Moses Boulevard, East Medical Plaza will be on the right.
